Vacancy Part-time HR Manager

For our office in Houten we are looking for a part-time HR manager at a very short notice.

As an HR manager you will deal with all kinds of personnel matters in the broadest sense of the word. You will be responsible from the beginning of the process: recruitment, the preparation of the employment contracts, through the onboarding, and actual employment (monitoring the staff attendance and absenteeism, performance, training and development, etc.) and all associated administration. You will support the director in carrying out HR responsibilities, and will be responsible for the proper functioning of the employees and their well-being. Last but not least, you will be involved in the professionalization of a very international, dynamic and growing company. These are just a selection of the many tasks that come with your job. In short, as an HR manager you end up in a versatile and varied position with many opportunities and you will join a very talented, intelligent, and curious team!

Activities are:

• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process, including internships (SBB)
• Preparation of employment contracts and onboarding (together with Team Lead)
• Maintain the employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Monitoring staff attendance and Assistance of employees with reports of illness
• Keeping job descriptions up to date
• Conducting internal audits on work instructions and processes
• Conducting performance/assessment/job application and exit interviews
• Supporting health and wellness
• Organizing team building activities, team outings, presents and attention to the employees
• Maintain employee records of trainings and development programs
• Applying for VOG for the employees
• Sending the MTO annually
• Making the RI&E annually
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Providing counselling on policies and procedures
• Other administrative tasks
